VL100EVS ELECTRONIC VARIABLE SPEED MINI LATHE
The Rolls Royce of mini lathes, used by amateurs, clubs and professionals alike.
It is a scaled down version of it's big brother the VL300, all the components are the same just smaller. I use one for all my demonstrations.

The lathe can be split into two parts for easier transportation. The nuts are welded into the cabinet, so it is just a case of undoing the four fixing bolts and disconnecting the drive belt. Each half weighs 30kgs which is a lot easier to lift than the whole unit.
